PRICES + PAYMENT
Prices listed are in Australian dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice, but the rate charged will be that in effect at the time of order validation. Payment card usage warrants authorization and access to sufficient funds. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in order cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are generally not provided except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds may be applicable if we are unable to provide purchased items or if certain conditions are not met.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We enforce a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all clients. Failure to provide adequate notice for appointment cancellations may result in charges or forfeiture of prepaid treatments.
ADVERSE REACTION POLICY

CHILDREN AT SASI LASER SKIN CLINICS
For safety reasons, children under 16 are not permitted in treatment rooms. Parents should make arrangements for their supervision and adhere to COVID-19 capacity guidelines.
BUY NOW, PAY LATER OPTIONS
Minimum purchase requirements apply for Afterpay or Zip transactions. Please refer to the respective provider’s terms and conditions for full details.

PRICE MATCH POLICY
We may match competitor prices for equivalent treatments under specific conditions outlined in our Price Match Policy.
GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS
Conditions apply to the use of gift cards and vouchers, including expiration dates and restrictions. Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaceable, and defaced vouchers may be void.
PREPAID TREATMENTS
Prepaid Treatments have expiry dates and are non-transferrable. Expiry results in fulfillment of obligations, and SASI Laser Skin Clinics is released from providing further treatments.
ADD ON TREATMENTS
Add on Treatments must accompany a full-priced treatment and cannot be used independently.
